Clear planning. Quality workmanship. One company responsible for the result.
Beautiful Bathrooms. Properly Built
We manage complete bathroom renovations from strip-out to final finish, coordinating plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering, flooring and installation along the way.
Whether you're replacing a tired bathroom or completely changing the layout, we take care of the details so the finished room feels exactly how it should.
Designed properly. Built properly. Finished properly.
Complete Renovations & Extensions
We specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and high-quality interior renovations across South London.
Owner-led from start to finish.
When you work with Titan, you're dealing directly with Andrei, the owner, not a salesperson who disappears once the job starts. He stays hands-on throughout the project, overseeing the programme, coordinating the team and keeping the standard of work under tight control.
We don't hand your renovation off to a chain of subcontractors. Our core team works closely together, with trusted specialist trades brought in where required and everything coordinated under one roof. Whether you're transforming a single room or renovating several spaces together, you get one point of contact, one accountable team and the boss actually on site.

No mystery subcontractors. No disappearing project managers. Just real work, real homes and a finished result we’re proud to put our name to.
Sophie Moar, Sutton
"I would highly recommend Titan Construction! Andrei and his team were absolutely brilliant—super friendly, very professional, and with amazing attention to detail.
Andrei really listened, kept in touch throughout the whole project, and worked closely with me to achieve exactly what I wanted. He took the time to truly understand my vision, and the end result is fantastic. Thank you so much to Andrei and the whole team!"
Lucy Haynes, Croydon
"I've used Titan Construction for extensive renovations 3 times now. Andrei treats my home with the same care and respect he would his own. Professional, great attention to detail, excellent communication, sound advice and always clear and up-front on costs and timings.
I've already told Andrei we'll want him back in a year when we're ready for the next project and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Titan Construction to any and everyone."
Claudia Minet, Purley
"Andrei and his team have been instrumental in turning my house into my place of solace, my home. I used Titan for my full kitchen, dining and glass extension last year and then my two bedroom renovations.
Andrei is a true professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and always worked with my best interest at heart whether it be ideas to save money or advice on how to make the best of design/materials."
Thomas S, Croydon
"We had the pleasure of having Titan to undertake a complete overhaul of kitchen, diner and living room. Work involved total gutting, structural work, change of gas and incoming electrical works followed by flooring, decoration and kitchen installation.
All work done precisely to budget and on time. Andrei and team are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Great builders. We couldn’t be happier with the finished article and can recommend them highly."

Whether you're starting with a blank page or you've already chosen your kitchen for example, Titan can manage the process from design and planning through to installation and finishing.
We work with leading kitchen suppliers including Howdens and Wren, as well as other suppliers chosen by our clients at their own preference. Their designers can help bring your ideas to life, while we take care of the building and installation work needed to turn the design into reality.

Our Approach
Owner-Led. Tightly Managed.
Properly Built.
At Titan Construction,
every renovation is
personally overseen by
Andrei, the owner. From
the initial consultation
through to the final finish,
you have one person accountable
for the project.
Our core team works closely together, with every stage planned and coordinated properly. Trusted specialist trades are brought in where needed, but the project stays under Titan's control from start to finish.
We believe good renovation work comes down to three things:
-
Clear planning
-
Skilled workmanship
-
Tight control
That means organised sites, straightforward communication, reliable scheduling and attention to the details that make the difference between a job that's simply finished and one that's properly finished.
No disappearing acts. No passing the blame. Just one team taking responsibility for the result.
Our Supplier Network
Good designs start with good relationships.
We work with established kitchen & bathroom suppliers including Howdens, Wren, Benchmarx & City Tiles, giving our clients access to a wide range of styles, finishes and budgets.
We coordinate design and supply with the building work around it, from plumbing and electrics to flooring, plastering, decorating and final installation.
Already have your kitchen or bathroom chosen? That's fine too. We'll work with your supplier and take care of the rest.
You choose the design. We handle the rest.
