02 · Survey & Planning
We assess the property and establish the likely scope of works, access requirements, structural considerations and services involved. Where architectural drawings, structural engineering or planning/building control requirements are needed, we coordinate the appropriate professionals.
03 · Design & Specification
We review the proposed extension and establish the materials, finishes, windows, doors, roofing, kitchen or bathroom requirements and internal specification.
04 · Detailed Quote
You receive a clear quotation covering the agreed scope of works, so you know what is included before construction begins.
05 · Programme & Preparation
Materials, deliveries, specialist trades and the sequence of works are organised before the project begins.
06 · Construction
Foundations, drainage, structure, walls, roofing, windows, doors and internal works are completed in a planned sequence.
07 · Internal Fit-Out & Finishing

- Do I need an architect?
That depends on the project and what is required for planning, building regulations and structural design. Where professional drawings or engineering are required, we can coordinate the appropriate specialists.
- How long does an extension take?
There isn't a useful one-size-fits-all answer. The programme depends on the size of the extension, structural requirements, specification, access and amount of internal work involved. We'll provide a realistic programme once we've assessed the project.
- Can you work with my existing architect or designer?
Yes. We're happy to work alongside your existing architect, designer, structural engineer or other professionals.
- Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Titan provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on qualifying completed work.
