06 · Strip-Out

The existing bathroom is removed and the room prepared for the new installation.

 

07 · First Fix & Preparation

Plumbing and electrical alterations are carried out, walls and floors prepared, and wet areas properly waterproofed.

Yes. We can coordinate the supply of bathroom furniture, sanitaryware, fittings and materials, or work with your preferred supplier.

 

- Can you install a bathroom I've already bought?

Yes. We'll assess the products and the property before confirming the installation scope.

 

- Do you handle all the plumbing?

Yes. We coordinate the plumbing work required as part of the renovation, including alterations to water supplies, wastes, showers, baths, basins, toilets and radiators.

- Do I need to arrange my own bathroom designer?

Not necessarily. We can work with bathroom suppliers and their design teams, or coordinate with a designer you've already chosen.

 

- How long does a bathroom renovation take?

It depends on the scope. A straightforward bathroom replacement will be considerably quicker than a complete renovation involving layout changes, extensive tiling and multiple trades. We'll provide a realistic programme once we've surveyed the room.

 

- Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. Titan provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on qualifying completed work.
